In 2004, Anton graduated from the American University of Central Asia in Bishkek with a bachelor's degree in journalism.

From 2006 to 2014, he held various senior positions in the online newspaper Lenta.ru. From 2014 to 2018 worked in the Rambler & Co, where he was Deputy Director of the Affiliate Programs Department, and later Deputy Executive Director for Media. At the beginning of 2019, he was appointed Deputy General Director of the Institute for Internet Development, responsible for the development of the content direction. In November 2019, he was appointed General Director of the Internet Development Institute.

Anton is a member of the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Policy in the Sphere of Protecting Family and Children and the organizing committee of the national competition of volunteer initiatives "Volunteer of Russia - 2020", he is also a member of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Youth policy".
