Since 2011 Denis Konanchuk has been a Professor of Practice at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and Advisor to Dean for strategic projects. He led consulting and educational for companies and government bodies of Russia.

In October 2012 Denis Konanchuk headed SKOLKOVO Education Development Centre (SEDeC). In 2016 Denis was appointed as an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, responsible for faculty members recruitment and development, and for EFMD EQUIS accreditation process.

Since 2020 Denis Konanchuk is the Head of Corporate education department, responsible for design and delivery of customized programs for companies.
