More than 100 young people have already applied for the Youth RIGF Award with their projects. There are six nominations, among which the most popular are The Best Student IT Project and The Best Youth IT Start-Up.
The range of problems and topics the participants propose to tackle using IT is inspiring. These vary from fighting fake content and cyber-bulling to initiatives that are awareness-raising and socially important in the fields of education, medicine, smartphone app development, and innovative business solutions.
Contenders come not only from Moscow, but other regions of Russia as well. These are Chelyabinsk, Rostov, Tver and Pskov regions, as well as Khabarovsk and Altai territories. It is our hope that the geography of the competition will only grow more diverse over time.
We are very much looking forward to getting International IT Sphere Award applications from the young people across the globe.
Go for it! Tell the whole world about your success, present your work in front of renowned IT industry experts, get sponsors and like-minded people to develop your project.
